Enquiries
Submitting a form or booking a call does not create an engagement. We may decline work that is outside our capabilities or that we cannot support to the standard described on this site.
Engagements
Paid work is governed by the signed statement of work and any master agreement. Those documents set scope, fees, success criteria, support, commercial remedies, confidentiality, and IP ownership.
Intellectual property
This website does not transfer rights in our name, marks, site content, or pre-existing materials. Ownership and licenses for paid deliverables are set in the signed engagement documents.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations for paid work are set in the signed engagement documents. Please do not submit highly sensitive information through this website before appropriate protections are in place.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website: no scraping at a volume that degrades the service, no attempts to gain unauthorized access, and no submission of unlawful content through our forms.
Liability
This website is provided as-is. For paid work, liability and commercial remedies are set in the signed engagement documents.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect IP or confidentiality.
